To cancel or change any active shipment, please contact Client Services (email@example.com) as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed 7 days after a client has requested a refund.
Please note that you may incur a charge for a late cancellation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation within 7 days of collection will result in a charge of 50% of the original quote amount for domestic shipments. International shipments will be charged the collection fee only.
Cancellation within 1 day of collection will result in a charge of $150.
ARTA Freight & Parcel
Cancellation within 1 day of collection will result in a charge of $50.
ARTA cannot not refund any services already rendered.
