Can I edit my request after submitting?

Made a mistake? Forgot to ask for a service? Need to change your delivery location?

You can edit your request by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your ARTA account to view your dashboard
  2. Navigate to the shipment request you would like to update
  3. Click "Edit" in the header of the shipment
  4. Update the information desired and click the "Update Shipment Request" button at the bottom of the page once all changes are made

If you had already received quotes for your shipment prior to making edits, you will receive revised quotes based on this new information. When updated quotes are available, you will be notified via email, generally within 24 hours for shipments within a single country and within 48 hours for international shipments.

If you edit your request, please do not select and book a shipment prior to receiving the updated quote(s). Editing a request usually impacts both the cost and dates initially supplied, so you will want to wait until you have updated information before selecting a quote and preceding with booking.
