Do I need to sign a DPA (Data Protection Agreement) with ARTA?

If you are using ARTA as a customer and have agreed to our terms of service, you do not need to sign an additional Data Protection Agreement. As of May 25th 2018, our user terms of service include a provision to ensure compliance with GDPR.

If you are a Partner or a customer who needs further documentation of compliance with ARTA acting as a Processor (for example, as a customer who shares their own user's data through ARTA or as a Partner who integrates directly with ARTA) you can sign our DPA as follows:

  1. Email privacy@shiparta.com and request a co-signed copy of the DPA
  2. We will respond with a PDF version of the DPA, which you should have the appropriate party sign then send back to us.
  3. Our representative will counter-sign and send a fully executed copy back to you for your records.
