How do I get an invoice for my company?

We allow for certain businesses to be invoiced for shipments instead of paying online via credit card. Please reach out to clientservices@shiparta.com if you would like to be considered for open terms and we are happy to see if you qualify. Once open terms is enabled on your account, you can accept shipments without inputting a credit card and choose to submit payment via check or wire transfer, receiving an invoice in the days following your shipment acceptance. Kindly send over invoicing instructions to accounting@shiparta.com to ensure that your billing information is accurate.
