How do I unsubscribe from your email notifications regarding my shipments?

We send you email notifications about your shipments whenever new information is available, for example:

  • To let you know a new quote is available
  • To let you know that an update to a quote has been made
  • To confirm that you have selected a quote
  • To alert you when our shipping partners have confirmed the booking of your shipment, at which point we will connect you directly with the shipping company.
  • To confirm your payment for your shipment has been received

If you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you can simply click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email.

Please note, by doing so you will be opted out of receiving all email notifications and updates about your shipment status. For updates, you will need to login to your account and review your shipments in your dashboard.
