What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel or change any active shipment, please contact Client Services (clientservices@shiparta.com) as soon as possible.

Please note that you may incur a charge for a late cancellation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

ARTA Premium

Cancellation within 7 days of collection will result in a charge of 50% of the original quote amount for domestic shipments. International shipments will be charged the collection fee only.

ARTA Select

Cancellation within 1 day of collection will result in a charge of $150.

ARTA Freight & Parcel

Cancellation within 1 day of collection will result in a charge of $50.

ARTA cannot not refund any services already rendered.
