Why are my collection and/or delivery dates listed as "TBD"?

Dates will be listed as TBD on your quotes whenever a shipping partner does not provide the next available shuttle dates. Once you book a shipment, the next available dates will be added and confirmed in your booking confirmation. 

If you require dates to make your decision about which quote to move forward with, please reply to the "New Quote" email and our team will work to secure the next available shuttle options and add them to your quote.
